Hello! My name is Domenica. I was raised in the Chicagoland area and currently live in the northwest suburb of Crystal Lake, Illinois with my husband of 35 years, Pete. I have four children and five grandchildren. We personally have bought and sold many properties and know the stressors from the buyer’s and seller’s perspectives.

Many people ask me why I got into real estate and, to be honest, when I first began it was because I loved looking at homes and decorating. And I thought it would be fun! I quickly learned that it was much more involved. Real estate is about relationships and knowing the purpose and the plan of the buyer and seller.

SELLERS - This often is a very emotional decision. You may have lived in your home many years and must downsize. You may have recently lost a loved one or possibly received a job transfer where you will be moving away from friends and family. On the other hand, you may want to get a larger home because your family is growing, and you are excited about creating a new space. My role is to coach you in the most effective direction to get the highest value for your home with as little interruption to your life as possible. The real estate market changes daily. It is my business to price check and know the current value while keeping you informed. I will guide you with my knowledge in the industry of the most effective ways to present your home and to understand the importance of staging properly and pricing accordingly.

BUYERS - This can be an overwhelming process and I want to educate and simplify what will be one of the largest investments you can make. My passion is to be able to take you through a process that is realistic and relevant to your needs. This is a very personal decision that requires many tasks that begin after the contract is signed. My conscientious attention to detail will make the journey getting to the closing table painless and productive.
