Selling your home takes vision. This is a very personal process. It is intimate to many because this is where their life unfolded. I bring value to this process with compassion and listening. I use my expertise in the market to determine confidently the price to list your home. Once we have determined value, we will implement the plan of marketing, and go over the details of all appointments and times scheduled for buyers to view your home. We will also discuss current health safety measures we will have in place during showings.

Showcasing your home will involve staging, simplifying, storing excess furniture and the photo shoot. I will keep you informed by monitoring the daily market of home values, interest rates and feedback from all showings. Once an offer is received, I will use strategic negotiations to ensure you have received the best price and conditions for the sale of your home. Upon request, I will assist you with a network of vendors including, but not limited to attorneys, moving companies, storage facilities, painters, stagers, landscapers and flooring companies.
